Offsite
The breath between two meeting rooms
The slot is fixed. Delegates come out of one session and have to be sitting in the next one, which decides almost everything about how this hunt is built.

How it runs, start to finish
- You map only the part of the grounds the venue lets you use, then cut it into zones that stay sealed until you decide to open them.
- Delegates leave the room, join in a few seconds from a link, and start in the near zone. You open the next one when the leading teams start to slow down.
- Near the end you push an announcement to every phone and open the last zone beside the building, so the walk back is the final leg of the game and nobody is late.
- Ground
- Hotel grounds · 10 to 60 ha
- Format
- 30 to 64 people · 1 h 30
- What goes in
- Sealed zones, announcements
What this format changes
- Two people who arrived that morning and know nobody get a team, a phone and a reason to speak inside the first minute, without a round of introductions in a circle.
- It works on a room that has been sitting down since breakfast. Walking, looking under things and reading a riddle need no briefing and no change of clothes.
What to plan for
The clock is the whole difficulty. Keep the far zone sealed until you can see the pace, allow fifteen minutes for the walk back, and agree in writing with the venue which parts of the grounds you may use.
The first hunt costs nothing
The free plan builds a whole hunt, rehearses it as often as you want in test mode, and runs it for real once a month. The core of the game is identical on every plan.
