What helps us answer well

  • For a quote: the place, the audience and roughly how many people are expected.
  • For a problem: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • For anything else: no form to fill in properly. Write as you would to a person.

We answer within two working days, to the address you give.

We use your details to answer you and for nothing else. They are not passed on, and we delete them once the exchange is over.
